The Floral Palette

Every event is unique in personality, style, purpose and mood. Likewise, every flower offers a beautiful, one-of-a-kind perspective to any setting. The Floral Palette consists of many colors, just like an artist's palette. Here are just a few commonly-used flowers in floral decor.

We will work with you to find the perfect fit for your event.

Cybidium orchid | Red Rose | Calla Lily | Blue Hydrangea

Cybidium orchid – It’s not your grandmother’s corsage any longer. Used individually in groupings or as a natural spray, a single stem with 12 to 15 flowers, they make a statement of sophistication and spark an interest amongst your guests.

Being “green” is not just for the environment, you expect the foliage, but green roses, cymbidiums, dendrobium orchids always cause a stir of wonder.
A naturally calming color, but catches the light to add a little brightness to a design.

Red Rose - synonymous with love and elegance. Cherry Love, Black Magic roses spotlighted in an arrangement of green hydrangea with interesting berries displayed on wrought stands, lanterns or glassware of various sizes and shapes will highlight the of elegance of your event.

Calla Lily - Graceful, sleek and pure elegance are adjectives commonly used to describe these flowers, however the adjective changes to electrifying, romantic or sexy, or pure art when at the end of that graceful stem is one of the many other colors the calla is available.

Mango orange, a color that looks as though you’re gazing into the flames of a roaring fire, or Captain Romance, a beautiful pinkish rose coloration capturing the essence of romance. Black Schwarzal; a deep, dark, sexy purple is always a favorite and is set off very nicely with red roses or green hydrangeas. Then there is the Picasso, almost hand painted in appearance with the green and purple blending perfectly together.

Blue Hydrangea; right out of the old southern gardens, some would say English, lush, full-bodied with subtle color variations hydrangea can be used in many ways. Hydrangeas used as a base of a design with roses opened to perfection placed within or calla lilies peaking out of the hydrangea exposing their elegance. For larger designs, hydrangea, long stem roses, peonies, tulips and lilies rising up from the center of the tables provide an unparalleled impact.

Of course, hydrangea is available in many colors and hues from all over the world; there is always one that is right for you and your event.
